The Norfolk Friend gay and lesbian helpline has  closed. If you would like to call someone around sexuality issues in Norfolk you can contact:

Women: Women on Women - A social `drop in` voluntarily run for women providing befriending and support.  Wow offers the same support to women as was offered by Lesbian Line through the email address www.wownorwich@hotmail.com  Open on saturdays from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.

Men: Time To Talk - Confidential helpline for men who are gay, bisexual or questioning their sexuality (Tuesdays 6pm to 8pm) on 01603 219299 or email taketimeout@hotmail.com between 6 & 8pm on Tuesdays for an immediate response.

Young people:  BLAH Helpline offers support over the telephone to young people (under 25) who are lesbian, gay or questioning their sexuality on all issues relating to sexuality including coming out, familes, relationships and friendships.  Open Wednesdays 6pm to 8pm.  Email blahyouth@hotmail.co.uk
