Suffolk MESMAC
Suffolk MESMAC (Men who have Sex with Men - Action in the Community) is a community based countywide project adressing the sexual health needs of gay men, bisexual men and men who have sex with men in Suffolk. The married men`s group offers support to men who are married or in a relationship with a woman and are attracted to men. MESMAC offers training opportunities to groups, organisations and individuals.

SEGMENT - the Sexuality Equality Group for Mental Health - provide advice, support and education on a range of mental health issues for lesbians, gay and bisexual men and women.

Time Out
Time Out is a confidential social and peer support group for gay men, bisexual men and other men who are questioning their sexuality. Time out meets on tuesday evenings in a safe venue in Norwich. Time out is restricted to men who live in Norfolk. We are a friendly group who always welcome new people. Contact Time Out in any of the ways below to arrange to come along.

A new service from the BBC with diversity at it`s core. "Gay Norfolk" is an open forum on the site for gay men and lesbian women in the county. An online reference point of gay news, venues and events.

Norfolk Constabulary are dedicated to developing relations and ensuring equal treatment by the police, regardless of sexual orientation. To this end they have appointed a Force Gay Liaison Officer and local Local Gay Liaison Officers who can be contacted for help and advice.
