Suffolk MESMAC

Suffolk MESMAC (Men who have Sex with Men - Action in the Community)  is a community based countywide project adressing the sexual health needs of gay men, bisexual men and men who have sex with men in Suffolk.  The married men`s group offers support to men who are married or in a relationship with a woman and are attracted to men.  MESMAC offers training opportunities to groups, organisations and individuals.

Time Out

Time Out is a confidential social and peer support group for gay men, bisexual men and other men who are questioning their sexuality.  Time out meets on tuesday evenings in a safe venue in Norwich. Time out is restricted to men who live in Norfolk. We are a friendly group who always welcome new people.
