Suffolk MESMACSuffolk MESMAC (Men who have Sex with Men - Action in the Community) is a community based countywide project adressing the sexual health needs of gay men, bisexual men and men who have sex with men in Suffolk. The married men`s group offers support to men who are married or in a relationship with a woman and are attracted to men. MESMAC offers training opportunities to groups, organisations and individuals.

Time OutTime Out is a confidential social and peer support group for gay men, bisexual men and other men who are questioning their sexuality. Time out meets on tuesday evenings in a safe venue in Norwich. Time out is restricted to men who live in Norfolk. We are a friendly group who always welcome new people. Norfolk Constabulary are dedicated to developing relations and ensuring equal treatment by the police, regardless of sexual orientation. To this end they have appointed a Force Gay Liaison Officer and local Local Gay Liaison Officers who can be contacted for help and advice.
